I believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to gain control of their own destiny, to be able to live a life no longer defined by everything that had once held them back, to instead follow a path of divine alignment.

 

In my own life, a series of events which started in childhood and peaked with the nosedive of my mental health after the death of my sister at just 24, ultimately led to me starting life all over again. I had no job, my savings were all dried up, the man I thought I was going to marry was now history, and I was sleeping on my friends sofa in the midst of the 2020 lockdown. Many would call this time of my life rock bottom, however it was without a doubt the biggest rebirth, and also the beginning of what is now Moss & Moon.

 

Everything truly does happen for a reason, and looking back on my life I can see that the combination of often painful lessons, the spiritual teachings that I’d picked up and held close, even down to the way that my career had effortlessly led me into the world of coaching 5 years before I gave it all up to move to another country, were all building up like the blocks of a foundation. Those blocks are building in your life too, and through working with me you will be able to identify them, align to your unique gifts and collapse timelines to manifest a life beyond your dreams.

Today, my vision for my life as I lay on that sofa has become my reality.
